payments are accepted through Paypal’s secure online system. all major credit cards and debit cards, as well as Paypal direct payments, are accepted.


shipping costs to EU countries are included in the price. all items are sent priority delivery signed for from Italy (please allow 10 working days for delivery).
Please make sure to add your phone number in the notes when paying via Paypal as that is required for safe shipping.

shipping outside the EU

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. For orders returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred. Please do not ask to mark your parcel as “gift” or declare a lower value as unfortunately we cannot do this as it is against the law. Please note that international shipments can occasionally take longer than expected as goods can be held up in customs or there can be delays during the handover from one country to another.


Mamado Returns Policy
We will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order,
unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

always hand-wash the garment inside out or in the washing machine at the temperature indicated on the maintenance label sewn onto the garment. use the indicated cycle for cotton garments.
